Please Note:
For a smooth installation process, kindly take note of the following requirements:
- Installation must be carried out by an IOPSA-accredited and trained installer/PIRB certified plumber (to maintain warranty validity). Follow this link to find an accredited installer in your area.
- An IP65/IP68 waterproof 4×4 surface mount plug point with cover must be provided by the client at the installation point prior to arrival of the installer.
- Voucher pricing covers standard ground-level installations only.
- A levelled surface must be prepared at the time of installation.
- Consumables and scope of work are limited to what is specified under the voucher.

Purchase an installation voucher and use a network of accredited IOPSA installers in your area to have your IHP Geyser unit installed. Applicable to both 200L & 300L options.
Voucher Includes:
• Up to 11m of 22mm copper pipe (SANS 460 compliant)
• Up to 11m of R1-rated thermal pipe insulation (lagging)
• Up to 6x copper fittings (tees, bends, compression fittings)
• 2x 22mm full-bore lever ball valves
• Plumbing labour for installation
